I see so many beauty pros on the continuous hunt for new clients. Low retention rates, no referrals, constant discounts...no sustainability in their businesses. This hustle and grind way that so many in the industry do business - always trying to GET more clients and to GET more income - is exhausting!
Could this be why 8/10 new beauty businesses do not make it past the 5 year mark? I believe so.

Understanding how we show up for our clients is key. How do we make other people FEEL when they are in our space?

As the beauty professional you have this beautiful opportunity to leave your clients with an impression of increase. Wanting to be in your space again and again. Remembering that feeling long after they've gone home. And when this is the case, they will send their friends and family your way...they will come back more often....they will pay your worth.
Imagine having a steady flow of referrals? A waitlist? THAT is sustained success. That is freedom and choice.
Trust me when I say that you do not need to be the most talented in technical skills. If you can make someone feel unbelievably great around you, they will choose you over everyone else. There are so many beauty pros - this is an amazing way to stand out above the rest, in an industry where the technical skills are always changing and evolving.
